Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
Copper products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by Latitude & Life.
International returns
The same 7-day return window applies to international orders, and return shipping is paid by Latitude & Life.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
If your order arrives damaged
If a product is received physically damaged, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement free of cost. This is separate from the standard 7-day return window above, and applies specifically to items damaged on arrival.
