What Ayurveda is

Ayurveda ('the science of life') is one of the world's oldest continuously practiced traditional medicine systems, developed in India. It frames health as a matter of balance — between doshas, seasons, diet, and daily routine — and has produced a vast tradition of herbal knowledge, dietary practice, and lifestyle ritual over thousands of years.

Dinacharya — the daily routine

One of Ayurveda's most accessible ideas is dinacharya, or daily routine: the notion that structuring ordinary moments — waking, drinking water, eating, resting — with intention matters as much as any single remedy. Several of the rituals behind our Copper and Wellness collections, like drinking from a copper vessel or using a tongue cleanser, come from this tradition.

What we will and won't claim

We're a wellness and lifestyle brand, not a clinic. We're glad to introduce you to a practice's history and how it's traditionally used — we won't tell you it cures or prevents anything, because that isn't something we, or most of these practices, can honestly claim.

This page describes cultural and historical tradition and general wellness philosophy. It is not medical advice, and nothing here claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Speak with a qualified healthcare provider about any medical condition or before changing a health routine.
